Shaneil Narsey

Shaneil Narsey is a Registered Architect with extensive experience leading complex, large-scale residential developments across New Zealand.

His expertise spans design development, detailed documentation, consultant coordination and construction. Shaneil is particularly skilled at managing the technical and organisational demands of major residential projects, resolving competing requirements and maintaining alignment across design intent, consultant teams and programme.

As Queenstown Regional Manager, Shaneil leads the studio and provides senior oversight across its work. His methodical and collaborative approach brings clarity to decision-making and ensures projects remain carefully coordinated from concept through to completion.
