Mobie is a contemporary technology retail environment at Westfield Newmarket, designed to create a premium customer experience within a compact commercial tenancy.

A key feature of the project was the use of off-site manufactured joinery, allowing the interior to be delivered with precision, consistency and efficiency. The joinery system integrates product display, lighting, storage and service functions into a highly coordinated retail environment.

The design uses dramatic lighting, refined material selections and carefully planned circulation to support both customer engagement and operational performance. Rather than competing with the products on display, the interior provides a controlled architectural framework that strengthens the brand and enhances the retail experience.
