Poke House is a contemporary hospitality interior designed to create a vibrant and memorable dining experience within a compact retail environment. Inspired by the relaxed character of Hawaiian poké culture, the project balances warmth, texture and simplicity to establish a distinctive architectural identity.

Natural materials, bespoke joinery and layered finishes combine to create a welcoming environment that supports both customer experience and operational efficiency. Every aspect of the design, from the customer journey to the service counter and seating areas, was carefully considered to maximise functionality while reinforcing the brand's fresh, contemporary character.

Although modest in scale, the project demonstrates how thoughtful interior architecture can transform a retail tenancy into a recognisable hospitality destination. The result is a refined commercial environment that strengthens the brand while delivering an engaging experience for customers.
